For the foreseeable future, yes, but they might cut out member upgrades in a few months.

Haven't given updates in a while, but BMWs are in-game, Laguna Seca got improved, and the Nurburgring is almost complete, new force feedback, and a bunch of general improvements.

Now for the eye candy...
