Is it possible to play multiplayer on the demo?

I got the demo of this years ago, before I could pay for the game. I'd still rather not, though, so.. Would I be able to join multiplayer with Hamachi IPs like Minecraft, or do I need to buy the game?

Oh, it seems like you can use the IP address to connect to a member-hosted server, but not the other way around. :/

A Demo player is allowed LAN access if a player with a key provides a server.

You have as many bricks as you want but you cannot save them.

You are not allowed to have mods.
