Giant Shadows cast from the sky for small amounts of time?

lately, i've been seeing giant shadows in tf2, sometimes it's just a big random shadows and sometimes it's shapes. i'll snapshot it next time it happens. it's weird though, it's like an eagle soaring over the sky or something. is this just me or something TF2 is doing?

IT'S THE GIANT CROCODILE SPITTING, PENCIL SHARPENING, GIANTS FROM HELL.  Or just a shader glitch.
