No that's for a similar but different game. The art style is very different (And I think worse) and it uses unneeded complicated stuff rather than having motors auto-assigned like in Kerbal.

I liked the Hex grid map layout though ;p
The blueprint share system looked good aswell. Kind of reminds me of the plans Notch had for 0x10c
