A friend of mine asked for a donation of something over 2k

I told him no.

He asked me what other methods there are getting 2k in a day; I told him to get to the front page.


He told me that it's impossible (or at least very unlikely) to get to the front page in 2 days.


By this point, I should tell you that I had an account named "NoobumDare" back at the beginning of this year, where I pretty much "dared" to make a game in a single day and then get it to the front page the next.

Sort of like the Ludum Dare.

It worked.

And while we were walking around, discussing how I got it to the front page, a Guest appeared.

... And then another.

And another.

And then a player.

And then another.

We left, joking around about "what if it gets to the front page today, lol"

I seriously laughed at this, it reveals the simplicity of getting o the front page.

One day my friend made a copy of the spongebob zombies thing.

Litteratly took 15 miniutes to make.

We both joined the place. Then I posted a thread, on the forums. It got flamed a little but a few more players came. Then a guest or two came. I updated the servers. There was 3. A few hours later his place was on the front page with 500 people online (hence this was 2010).
