You can find the last version of CmdUtl, uploaded there by Anaminus himself and that works as a plugin on his website, here: http://anaminus.tumblr.com/plugins.

Give a link to that version instead of giving a link to a completely outdated version.

I also have a plugin, called NoSafeChat, that makes you able to chat in all test modes where it is possible. It is extremly simple, but useful, because it allows you to test chatting scripts. You can find it here: https://sites.google.com/site/markotaris/plugins/NoSafeChat.zip.

Updated.

I just made a quick-and-dirty water generating plugin. I may add more functionality depending on my mood, but right now it adds water to a terrain up to a user-set sea level, and can also remove all water from a place. It does both without affecting other blocks.

Yes very much. :Q_

Cool, and cool.

Huh, why did you reupload the FPS plugin here, btw?

Why not give a link to the one on the blog? The admins actually update it (they fixed a bug recently).

Oh I didn't notice that, I'll do it right now.

This is a great collection - do all those plugins actually work?

Not sure if these count as plug-ins, but if anyone wants to convert them, they'd probably be very useful.
   -   Camera Cutscene-creation plug-in: http://www.roblox.com/x-item?id=76781595

   -   Local and Remote Error Monitoring System and Place Console: http://www.roblox.com/x-item?id=65774258

   -   Random Utilities: http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php/User:HotThoth/Metascript_Guide.  Note:  The UI is terrible; the functions might be helpful (especially the workspace search ones).  Don't remember what's there, but feel free to scavenge.

Got a couple broken / unfinished ones which would be very cool if I ever finish them, esp. if someone wants to do the GUI for them, lol (model/humanoid resizing, Motor6D-creation/adjustment, and a "Perma-hinge" one are the three that come to mind).  The last one allows you to create hinges like those on cars, but they don't use SurfaceWelds, so you can have vehicles where the wheels are apart from the body and which don't fall apart when cloned.  It's done except for a GUI.

The [Unstable] ones are not working for me, I tested a few of them, but by far not all, I should do it once though.

Those look very useful, but they're not exactly plugins.
Kudos to anyone who can convert them into plugins.

And it'd be cool if you could ever find the time to finish those things, maybe even give them to the content team and let them do it.

All sounds awesome!

Ozzypig's flamingo plugin seems better.
Or whatever the name was.

Anaminus's new plugin, which allows you to easily edit tool grips (which are kind if unintuitive if you try to edit them directly), might be of some interest to you. You can find it here: http://anaminus.tumblr.com/post/25370846943/tool-grip-editor.
