Hats aren't exactly a feature of the game...

They've technically copied other things but i will not even try to get into that.

ROBLOX and Blockland are both based on a virtual version of LEGO.

However, Blockland focuses on more community building (correct me if i'm wrong) and ROBLOX focuses on a game creator and scripting.

Like many people have said before, that is not what the game is based off of. It is about creating a good game, creating a good group, or creating a good model/script.
