What flame thrower in TF2 is better, Backburner or Degreaser?

Degreaser is best, Default is second, Backburner is the worst.

It all depends of your style, Degreaser for Burn-And-Slash, Default for Fire and Forget, and Backburner for ambushes (Read as W+M1)

i love the backburner because of the fact that you get crits if the flame hits their back.

My main is spy, so I love the backburner. It's also great for battling other pyros.

I sometimes switch between backburner and normal just because of the air blast. I never use degeaser.

As mentioned earlier it depends on style and experience. If your new and just want to charge into action then stick with standard flame thrower, if your slightly more experienced and like to ambush, use back-burner, if your a pro use degreaser. One good tactic with degreaser is to airblast an oponent then switch to reserve shooter and crit him.
