Although I'm opposed to abortion in general unless under the most drastic circumstances, abortions during the second/third trimester are generally outlawed.

Not to mention it's pretty fucking sick.

That's the grey area a lot of pro-lifers tend to run into.
It's better to question abortion on moral grounds.

Of course democratic liberals propose "morality is subjective therefore fuck morals therefore fuck fetuses that don't look like humans yet"

Even though at the time of conception fetuses have fully human chromosomes. But like I said. The definition of when a fetus deserves rights is a huge grey area both parties hate to go to.
